“Whew... too complex !!!” - this is what we thought when we were looking for a simple yet smart online list to manage tasks, exchange messages and track time in our business unit. Despite an intense search we couldn’t find a collaboration application to satisfy our desire for simplicity combined with smartness. Eventually we took on the challenge ourselves to prove it is possible to create such a simple yet smart activity list.

On our journey it became evident it needed a lot of discipline to keep things simple and a smart architecture in the background was required to achieve our goal: smartlist was born early 2010 in London. A wonderful side-effect of smartlist is that it not only helps you to manage and organise your work, but also your life, e.g. it is the perfect tool to manage and organise your family.
